| Paperwork and Contract To deliver a sailing yacht or power boat, the paperwork needs to be complete, up to date and appropriate for the trip planned. We don't want to frighten you off but I am sure you can appreciate the need for all the ships papers to be in order. We have a contract with you so that we have commitment to you and likewise we expect the same from you, so therefore we have worked with our marine lawyer to keep it as simple as possible.
